Tej Panesar - CEO

The founder of Panalyst brings 8 years of UK investment banking, private equity and startup experience to the firm. Tej was educated at the London School of Economics at degree and masters level. He is an investor and developer in the Polish real estate market. He writes 'The Panalyst Perspective', a review of European and Polish business related issues for the publication 'Lost in Krakow'. Tej focuses on developing new business, the Panalyst network and overseeing projects.

Marcin Suchenia - Senior Analyst

With experience as chief of financing and analysis at major Polish development firms, Marcin brings more than 7 years of experience. He was educated at Jagiellonian University in Krakow in Economics and Banking at degree and masters level. Marcin is an expert financial analyst, who has been asked to provide training to the Polish Accountant's Association. He develops advanced modelling solutions for Panalyst's clients and is a crucial member of our relationship management team.

Marcin Borowski - Senior Relationship Manager

An active investor and head of a major EU funded internet portal for Polish firms, Marcin brings a wealth of management experience and knowledge of the Polish market. He was educated in Economics and Finance at PhD level at The Warsaw School of Economics. As head of our relationship team Marcin has developed an outstanding network of bank partners. He ensures a constant flow of information and contact to clients.
